This comprehensive course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. 

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a 3 year Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid/CPR level C/AED certificate.

Are you too busy to commit to a two-day course in class?  You may want to consider taking a Blended Learning Course.  The Blended Learning course is divided into two components; participants first complete the self-paced online component and then complete an instructor-led classroom component that includes the skills practice and evaluation session.
