About Us

First Aid for Life Consulting & Training Inc. specializes in First Aid and CPR/AED training for both lay rescuers and professional responders. As the largest Canadian Red Cross training partner in Saskatchewan, we have proudly delivered high-quality training for over 30 years.

Our training centre, located in Saskatoon, features more than 3,000 square feet, allowing us to accommodate both individual and group training sessions. We are committed to helping participants gain the essential lifesaving skills they need with confidence.

At First Aid for Life, our energetic and experienced instructors provide professional, hands-on guidance in a supportive environment, making your learning experience both enjoyable and stress-free. Our amazing instructors are trained by the Director of First Aid for Life, Tammy Reddekopp, who holds a BA in Adult Education and has worked with the Canadian Red Cross in program development.
