Meets the requirements for federally regulated employees that require Basic First Aid as outlined in the Canada Labour Code. (Please see the Standard First Aid / CPR course listings if you require workplace first aid that complies with the requirements set by Saskatchewan Occupational Health & Safety.)
Basic course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. This course meets legislation requirements for federally regulated workers and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a 3 year Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid/CPR level C/AED certificate.

Following your registration, you will receive an email with important information about your course. As a reminder, it is only through pre-payment that your course is confirmed. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder email or call our office at 306-933-2472.
If this is a business registration and the business has an account with First Aid for Life, please complete the "company" information in the registration form.

Payment: Prepayment will confirm your spot for the course. After completing the online registration form, you will be given the option to pay online with a credit card. If you would like to pay via etransfer, details will be included in the auto-email that you will receive following your registration. You may also call 306-933-2472 to make a credit card payment over the phone. If your employer has an account with us, we can invoice following the course.
Location: All courses are held at the First Aid for Life Training Centre. We are located in the Airport Village Mall on the corner of Avenue C and Cynthia Street, 1 block north of the Travelodge Hotel. (Look for the giant palm tree!)
Parking:For all weekday courses, please park on Cynthia Street or arrive a few minutes early to obtain a parking pass to park in the Travelodge parking lot. Weekend and evening course participants may park in the parking lot.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of the course fee, less a $15.00 processing fee, will be provided if notice of withdrawal is received more than 5 business days before the course start date. No refund or credit will be issued if less than 5 business days' notice of withdrawal is given. However, a single short-notice transfer will be made available to a selected course date within 60 days. The selected course date will be at the discretion of First Aid for Life course availability and will not be confirmed until 24 hours before the course.
Please arrive on time, as 100% attendance is mandatory. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the classroom, as many of our skills are practiced on the floor. Therefore, socks, indoor shoes or slippers are recommended.
